plw32.exe has stopped working

Hi,

Just received our ADC-24 this morning. Plugged it in and installed the driver, but I get the following message:

Can you give some more information about the PC that you are plugged into - O/S, 32/64 bit etc.

Does the ADC24 appear in Device Manager ?
Are there any messages in Event Viewer ?
