Pico 2205 not working on Windows 7

Hi,

Our company has just bought new laptops, with an W7 (x64) OS.
Installed the latest version of Picoscope 6 R6.7.40 and did the latest 7 updates.
When i start the program, you can hear the Picoscope (2205) hardware clicking, but the software 'says'
that no device was recognised and selected. Also tried it on 2 different picoscopes (2205), but
it simply won't go.............what can be the problem ????

Please send an email to support@picotech.com, we have a test version of software that will help to identify the specific problem with your PC configuration.

The version has now be upgraded to a Release Candidate which can be downloaded from http://www.picotech.com/software.html, the one you need is R6.8.6 (RC) listed against your device.
