New 4227 not working - Red Warning Symbol

I have a brand new PicoScope 4227 and I can not visualize any waveform on A or B channels.

The Red Warning Symbol is always present at the upper left corner, no matter which voltage range is selected, even if the probes are not connected to the scope.

Any advice of what else can I try?

This looks like a hardware fault, so please contact support@picotech.com for advice.
