The 2206a is now a discontinued product and so all data related to it appears under the discontinued products group on the downloads page.

I believe your programming questions are being addressed through our email ticketing system.

Hi,
I'm having the same trouble:

Error 5003 occurred at ps5000OpenUnit
Possible reason(s):
PICO_NOT_FOUND

I did all that I saw above, that is:
- software picoscope6 gets connected without problem, but I do not have it on when trying the labview code PicoScope5000ExampleBlock.vi. downloaded from 32 bit folder. Even a restart of computer does not help.

- my labview is 2013, 32 bit, windows 7 is 32 bit, I have coppied all dlls (PicoIpp.dll, PS5000.dll, PS5000a.dll) accoring your youtube video to labview folder. I didn't got any messages on missing dlls anyway even before.

- I'm using picoscope 5442A

Please, help me, thanks, Adam

You need to be using the ps5000a examples for your device, and not the ps5000 ones which are for an older model.

I have encountered the same problem. I am using PS5242A, but I have tried PS5000 and PS5000a, but they both cannot work
