ADC-212 not found

Post by efyzz »

Hi,

I'm succesfully using my ADC-212 on my old Pentium1 Notebook, but it's no fun on this old machine...

So I just installed WinXP 32 Bit on my newer Notebook (Fujitsu-Siemens Celsius H250), which normally runs Win7 64, just to use the ADC-212.

But even though I'm now using a 32 Bit OS, the ADC-212 is not found when starting Picoscope 5.21.2.
The parallel port is onboard, no USB converter or something else!

I tried all 3 possible BIOS configs:
Output only, Bidirectional and ECP. The address of the port is 0x378 and the interrupt is 7. I also tried some changes in Windows device manager, but nothing works. Of course I chosed ADC-212 and LPT1 in Picoscope setup.

Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot!

Hitesh

Hi efyzz,

The ADC-212 should also work with PicoScope 6 Automotive. You can install this from:

http://www.picoauto.com/download-software.html

Please try this as well.

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply!

I'm sorry, now it works. The problem was a broken power supply cable
