PMK tetris 1000 active probe

Hello everyone, I'm new here, registered and am posting because I have a problem with one of my active probes.

I bought these about 18months ago, and haven't used them for a while, about 6 months. I have 4 PMK1000 tetris probes, on a tektronix tds694C 4 channel scope.

One of them now has a voltage offset of 3.4V - that is with the probe input shorted to ground it reads about +3.4V. Is there anything I can do about it? I have stuck an offset on the scope for now. If there's somewhere I can raise a support call for it that'd be great.

I can give the serial number, but can't find the order and date of purchase in my Farnell order history.
