Hi,
What is the isolation of USB TC-08? channel-to-channel ? channel-to-earth ground? Could it offer 250~500 Volt isolation to Protect my NB/PC ?

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately the TC-08 does not offer any isolation, if you feel that you would needs some then you would need to configure this yourself.
