using triggers

Postby bones » Thu Jul 18, 2013 12:51 pm

Hi All,

My question is about triggers. I am using picoscope 3000 series to monitor a signal. I am able to start and stop data acquisition using the space bar and everything is getting logged and shown as required.

Now I want to start my data acquisition when my signal meets a certain condition(for eg voltage goes above 2 V) and stop data acquisition when another condition is met (voltage falling below 2V). I tried using triggers for it but I was not successful.

Could anyone please help me in this task?

Thanking in advance

There is no functionality in our scopes, or software, to stop a capture on a trigger.
