Enviromon R5.21.5 emw32.exe JPEG export bug

Hello,

I found what seems to be a bug in emw32.exe. I'm running on windows XP service pack 3 with a EL005 logger connected to a few EL041 units. I've got each EL041 setup as a group (i.e four inputs per group) in Enviromon.

The graph view is set to draw a single graph. Switching between groups in the graph view works as expected, but using emw32.exe -j to export the graphs does not.

Here are the commands I use:
echo Produce graph - oven 1
emw32 -j.\html\images\oven1.jpg,600,400,75 -rend-4hour,now -goven1
echo Produce graph - oven 2
emw32 -j.\html\images\oven2.jpg,600,400,75 -rend-4hour,now -goven2

This generates two JPEG files with four temperature series each. The first JPEG is correct, but in the second JPEG only the first series changes to the first input for oven 2. The rest of the series are the same as the JPEG for oven 1. Keep in mind that the groups are set up correctly because they work correctly in the graph view.

Incase it is unclear:
Here is what I expect:
Oven 1 jpeg - temp1, temp2, temp3, temp4 (i.e group for oven 1)
Oven 2 jpeg - temp5, temp6, temp7, temp8 (i.e group for oven 2)

Here is what I get:
Oven 1 jpeg - temp1, temp2, temp3, temp4 (i.e group for oven 1)
Oven 2 jpeg - temp5, temp2, temp3, temp4 (i.e not the group for oven 2)

Thanks,
Rall

I have since tested the same setup with the CSV export function, and can report that it works 100%. In other words it is only the JPEG export that has this bug.

HI yeah I noticed this problem as well recently, I have found a work around in the meantime, for jpg files use the older executable from 5.16.2 , I did this by installing the older version, copying the executable and renaming it to for example emw32a, then installing the new version of EnviroMon. This way you have both executables. So for the jpg you can use emw32a instead and for everything else you use the normal emw32.

Let me know if you require any further assistance.
