Can't open unit using VB.net

Postby victoire » Wed Oct 31, 2012 4:36 pm

I am having problems using VB.net with my Picoscope 3206B. I downloaded and installed the Pico software and I can use the scope that way. But if I try to open unit in my VB.net program, the function ps3000_open_unit() always returns 0, that means that no scope is found. What do you think is the problem?

Thank you,
victoire

ps3000_open_unit() is the open unit function for the older 3000 series devices and will not work with your device, it looks like you may have the wrong SDK.

Please go to http://www.picotech.com/software.html and select PicoScope 3206B at Step 1 and the 'Software Development Kit' at Step 2.
