My signal's range is changed with time, when the signal is very weak, only a few microvolts, I can't obtain the data using 2V range. I have to change to 50mV range in my code.
However, using picoscope 6, it can always capture good data.
I use the same sampling rate, sampling interval and no of samples.
What others cause the difference?

Is Picoscope6 set to Auto for the channel, ie it is automatically changing the range because it detects a low signal level.
