Part of display trace missing for channel C

Postby CoyoteDavid » Thu Aug 23, 2012 6:28 am

I have a 4424 displaying 2 channels, A and C. I only get part of the C channel displayed. How much displays depends on the contents of the A channel. See attached display. Is this normal?

Hi CoyoteDavid,

Which version of the PicoScope 6 software is installed on your PC?

Try installing PicoScope 6.6.43 (RC) from http://www.picotech.com/software.html

If the problem still occurs, please send a psdata file to support@picotech.com

Thanks,

I tested it with 6.6.46.1 and got the same results. Will send the psdata file as requested.
The version you listed was not available...

Resolved - the signal on Channel C was saturating as the voltage range was set at +/- 5V. The voltage range required increasing.
