3205A Detection

Post by whitry »

Hi i have got a new 3205A pc oscilloscope. I first tried using the included software and then the current release of picoscope6, but the same problem reoccurs where windows displays a message saying USB not recognized. I have tried to manually allocate the driver to the device but its still not working. I want to install it on a machine running windows7 32bit. I have two other machines running windows 7 64bit and one still on xp, with the same error. I have tried reinstalling waiting till software is installed then rebooting as per instructions, but i still have the same detection problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Regards Ryan

Hi Ryan,

If you have tried it on more than one machine and it is not recognised then the probably could either be a USB cable or the device itself.

Please email support@picotech.com
