problem getting software to work

This is probably stupid questions but i try anyway.
I just installed my first picosocpe 4424 together with version of the picosope 6 software.
When i start the software i'm only allowd to select channel A. But the scope has 4 channels.

Another thing is that i wanted to install picolog but then installing I need to tell which series of the scope I got. There is no selection for the 4000 series, which one should I select?

By default only Channel A is enabled, to turn on the others use the drop down box that says Off and select an appropriate range, or Auto

Picolog does not support our newer scopes including the 4424, you can achieve logging by carefully setting up the PicoScope software and using the Alarms feature to auto save data files.
