Issues with measurements: 2207

Postby rensbu_m » Thu Apr 05, 2012 12:38 pm

Hi, I recently purchased a Picoscope 2207.
There seems to be something wrong with the measurements.
When measuring a standard USB bus, the output on the screen looks like a sin wave (goes negative as well).
Voltage is also close to 12volt.
I don't understand this.
I am using the PP821 probes.

You will see a sine wave by default if the PicoScope software hasn't detected the 2207 and is running in demo mode.

To see if this is the case go to Help->About and check the Model: SerialNumber: and DriverVersion: information.
