ETS in Rapid Block Mode

Post by BSI »

Is there any plan to have ETS working for Rapid Block Mode ? At the moment it is supposed to only work with Rapid Block.
Thx
Laurent

There are no plans to add ETS to rapid block mode.

ETS works by capturing several cycles of a repetitive waveform, then combining them to produce a composite waveform that has a higher effective sampling rate (and more samples) than the individual captures. It is a modified form of block mode with a small variable delay added to the trigger.

Rapid block mode stores multiple captures rapidly in the internal memory, with no delay added to the trigger, before transferring all the data to the driver.
