USB PT 104

Hi, I have just bought a PT 104 and I have a probleme. After the install of piclog and driver, when I connect with USB (I use a computer with xp sp3), it say me "the device couldn't start properly" and I don't know where is the problem.

In fact I don't have the good pilote and I don't find it.

Can you uninstall the software, or rollback to an earlier time, reboot the PC reinstall the PicoLog software and only when this is complete can you connect the PT104 to the PC.

If this doesn't fix the problem then please contact support@picotech.com with details of your PC, O/S and exactly how the PT104 is connected to the PC.
