Troubleshooting regarding power

Hi all,

I have just inherited a Pico TC-08 that was working a few days ago. However, whenever i connect it to the laptop via the USB light the power supply light remains off and I am unable to take readings. However, the computer still recognises the TC-08. Any ideas whats wrong with it?

Which version of PicoLog are you running and does it pickup the TC-08 device when you configure the initial settings within the software?

Normally, the light begins to flash when the software picks up the device in the Converter details dialog.

Also, have you tried other USB ports on your laptop or a powered hub?
