Voltage logging

Post by Jo Mulder »

Good Day

I have the following setup:
I have 12 pressure transmitters from which I would like to log the pressure in real time. I'm looking
at your ADC-20 or ADC-24 units. These transmitters are ratio metric therefore I need to log both the input
and output voltage from each sensor. However some transmitters uses the same input voltage therefore
I only need to log 18 points. The input voltage for each sensor is approximately 5V and the output voltages
between 0.5V and 4.5V.

Can you please advise me on the following:
1) Can the ADC-20/ADC-24 units handle these voltages?
2) What is the accuracy of both these units? Is there a difference between the units regarding accuracy? How will
the accuracy be affected when voltage dividers is used?
3) At what time intervals does this units take readings?

I would appreciate any advice.

Thank You
