I have 4 laptops, 2 Vista and 2 XP. I cannot run the software on the XP's. I can install it but wont' run. OK - that makes sense since the problem also happen with Picoscope 5 but not nearly as often. I have measured with many different timebase values but sample rate is set to 50,00kS.

I have talked to B&B and here is their answer: "I am guessing the suspend LED is on? The suspend LED on the UISOHUB4 will come on in Windows XP if no data is in the downstream ports….the box goes into sleep mode. Thank you for your answer. I must admit it also goes into suspend mode with version 5.16.2 but not nearly as often as version 6.0.12 does. I have a Pico scope 3424 connected to a B&B electronics USB Isolated Four Port Hub, model UISOHUB4. My problem is that my USB hub always goes into suspend mode.
