I have a new 2207B MSO. There is no available users guide like for other series. Thus I don't know the power requirements. I can't tell the mso pinout without hand sorting each io. Etc.

Having used multimeters I took it for granted that there would be a way to plot the RMS value of a signal. I change my meter to AC and the cycling data becomes constant. Is it possible to get two scopes to synchronize when they each take their samples? Maybe by using ext? Or is ext just a dumbed down analog channel?

Can power externally and not through USB.
EXT trigger input.(non-MSO units)
Some MSO units have 4 channels.
