Hello Ben,

The ADC-24 may be used with a simple votage divider to extend the input range to your requirement.

We supply supply a special multi-purpose Terminal Board (http://www.picotech.com/document/pdf/ad ... _guide.pdf) that can be used for that purpose

Hi hillp, Sometimes, legacy products which rely upon the parallel port can behave unpredictably as a result of the changes that newer operating systems have made to the way in which the LPT is used. Often, such issues can be resolved by using our parallel to USB converter (http://www.picotech.com/us...

Hello hillp, You allude to triggering reliability but, it is unclear to me whether you attribute that entirely to the lock-up problem or, is it an additional problem. Could you please clarify? Could you also let me know what the typical interval between trigger events is and, how fast the transition...

Hi Carl,

The range of problems that you report is diffcult to correlate, therefore, can you send problem example .plw files to me at support@picotech.com so that we may take a look at that.

Hello Guest,

You noted that the system previously worked without problem, therefore, has anything changed at all in your system since then or, did the problem suddenly appear?

Hello Paul, You are not able to alter the calibration data in the TC-08, however, you may apply scaling to the recorded data in PicoLog from within the channel edit menu. An explanation of how to do this can be found in the user guide on Page 34, 5.1.8.2 (http://www.picotech.com/document/pdf/plw044....

Dear Guest,

ETS is a feature in our application software and, if labview does not provide an ETS feature, then the options are to write your own application or use our software.

Hello jbuytaert, You are correct about the absence of information specific to the usbadc11, however, you may gain an understanding of the usb routines through comparison with those for the parallel device. We know of no reference to UsbAdc11OpenUnit-2 in the current software, and wonder where exactl...

Would you please clarify for me, whether or not the unit functions correctly in standard scope view, as you make no mention of that? Would you also confirm what signals are being applied and the timebase...

Hello Toby, As explained, the data files from the two different applications are not interchangable, and therefore, PicoScope 6 will not read PicoLog data. PicoScope 6 will work with the PicoScope 3204 and, provides a useful spectrum analyser. However, you need to perform the analysis on actual sign...

Hello Guest, Your current metering requirement could be met by our Current Clamp PP266 (http://accessories.picotech.com/current_clamps.html), however, the limit of our high voltage probe is +/- 700 VDC. Alternatetively, if your system has a load of known resistance, then you could use a current clam...
