Just to be certain, when you go to "Files\Setup\Converters" to select "ADC-212" you are selecting "USB-LPT1" and not "LPT1"?
That would cause this problem if you get it wrong.

First step is to do a full un-install. (Re-run the installer and select "Remove" instead of "Modify" or "Repair".) Then do a new install. Try that first and post again if you still have problems.

Are you sure that the ADC212/50 still works OK, using the same parallel lead on a normal printer port? Your message suggests either a faulty scope or faulty lead. Can you check this out first.
