Hi,
Do you click on the "Restore Down" box (two overlapping squares) when maximised? That should give you a resizeable window.
Also if you right click on the minimised program in the toolbar, you can select "Restore" which does not force it to "Maximise".
Hope that helps.

Hi,
We are on the first release of the software for the AWG of the 2203, 2204 & 2205. We have found a few bugs with the incrementing and setting and fixes will be out soon in PicoScope6.

Hi Derek, It is difficult to be sure exactly what is causing your problem without being able to view and measure voltages but I will go through some possibilities. Your amplifier is probably being overloaded because the input lines are being pulled out of the common mode voltage range. There are two...

Hi, The difficulty is that you will need a robust probe but with very low thermal mass. A thermocouple or a thermistor will be small enough but you will have to get it packaged into a suitable probe case strong enough to push through the ice to the depth you need. A specialist thermoprobe manufactur...

Hi,
The 3223, 3224, 3423 & 3424 all now have advanced triggering in PicoScope6 (6.0.12.2). This includes variable Hysteresis. The 320x series scopes do not at present but this might change in the future.

Hi, There will be some variation when the bandwidth is changed. The most accurate readings will be when the measured frequency is just below the upper range of measurement (a full scale reading). At higher bandwidth settings, when the peak is only a fraction of the full bandwidth, accuracy will suff...

Hi,
My understanding is that here is no log scale available for the x, (frequency) axis. At present, there is no x-y setting either in PicoScope6 but it should be coming soon. In the meantime, if you need x-y, you will have to use PicoScope5, R5.18.0 which does have x-y.

Hi,
I am afraid we do not support Windows 2003 server. Our equipment was never intended to to be used under that software. We do not at present have the resources to support it. Sorry.

Hi, Your series current sensing resistor must be between the negative terminal of your battery and the common ground of your system. The scope ground must be to the common ground and the scope input to the other end of the resistor. You have a 12 bit scope so the resolution will be good enough with ...

Hi, I have managed to trace the history now of what happened to that measurement! It was available in earlier versions of PicoScope5 but was causing confusion with many customers who thought it was measuring phase angle between channels A & B. After several people were caught out, we decided to remo...

Hi, In PicoLog, each saved file is limited to 1M samples but once that is reached another file with the same name (but including an incrementing suffix) is automatically started. This can go on indefinately until your hard drive is full! Be aware that if you run 8 channels at rates approaching 100S/...

Hi,
dBm & dBu will only read the same level at a set impedance of 600ohms. dBV should read -2.218 dB lower than dBu but does not in PicoScope6 at the moment, I will be putting in a bug report. Thanks for letting us know.

All timing in our scopes is directly linked to the crystal oscillator and will be 100ppm accuracy. Check by measuring the frequency of an accurate frequency source using the scope frequency measurement. The accuracy is far better than you can resolve on even the largest screen.
