It is difficult to tell if there is a problem with the scope.

However, you can try uninstalling your scope from the device manager and reinstalling the drivers. If this doesn't help, you will need to email us at support@picotech.com

Hello,

The ADC16 is a serial port product. YOu may be using a USB to Serial converter. If so, you will need to point the software to the correct serial port assigned to the adapter.

hello,

The TC08 settings will allow for Voltage or temperature meaurements. These other settings are for other loggrs such as 3000 series.

THe software will allow you to monitor voltage or temperature.

This sounds like a programming error.

It could be a number of different things. Check your variable declarations and look for any accidental maths in your arrays.

YOu can extend your parallel cable. I would recommend that you use IEEE 1284 rated cable for signal integrity. Alternatively, you can use our USB Parallel port adapter and extend the range by USB.
