Re: Wireless

Hi

The 4444 needs the USB connection to the PC for power as well as data transfer so there isn't a way to connect it wirelessly to the PC.
What exactly are you trying to do?

Re: Generate and acquire signal at the same time

HI Pierre

You can input and output from the DrDaq at the same time from a single device.

Re: Pico SDK for MATLAB

Hi

The PicoSDK no longer contains the example scripts, these can now be found either through the MATLAB addon manager or from our Github page www.github.com/picotech

For a 5000A/B/D scope you will need the ps5000a MATLAB instrument driver addon and the picoscope support toolbox addon.

Re: How to use Ratio_Mode_Average

Hi The RATIO_MODE_AVERAGE downsampling work on the data in a buffer to average a number of samples equal to the downsampling ratio to create a single sample. There is not a way to average multiple buffers together on the scope, that would need to be done after the buffers are retrieved from the scop...

Re: High Sampling Rates using Python

Hi

It might be worth deliberately turning off the unused channels just to make sure that they are actually disabled.

Re: 8 bit resolution vs. values range

Hi Si

The 256 raw data levels of 8 bit resolution are scaled to 65536 data levels to be returned as a 16 bit number from the scope to the PC. This scaling is all done on the scope.

Hi

Do you know what the output impedance of the function generator is?

Re: picoscope peak to peak measurement

Hi Hans

A psdata file is a file type that the data can be saved as in PicoScope 6 that would allow me to see your signal and your set up.

Re: 8 bit resolution vs. values range

Hi

All of our scopes scale their data to 16 bit values when it is returned to the PC

Re: Two question about Picoscope 2204A

Hi The 2204A has overvoltage protection up to +- 100 V so if the voltage is within this range even if it is outside of the +-20 V input range then no damage will occur to the scope or the attached PC. If you are going to be looking at signals with amplitude greater than +-100 V then we would strongl...

Hi

Are you able to post a code snippet showing exactly how you're current calling the ps4000SetBwFilter function in python
