Hello,

A standard non-Pico parallel to USB converter will not work with our equipment. Only the Pico USB-Parallel port converter will work with out equipment.

It sounds like PicoLog is looking for the ADC16 on the wrong COM port. Please check your COM ports and try again.

The input range is fixed at ±2.5v, there is no autoranging included.

If you are writing your own software, you will find this information in the product manuals.

Hello,

You are right RobH. THis is why we recommend a IEEE 1284 rated parallel cable. THis cable is shielded to protect the data transport and to prevent stray electrical noise.

PicoPP.sys is installed with the latest software. The problem may be down to your VB code.

Can you confirm the port numbers you are using with the parallel port adapter?
