is it possible to send a PULSE OUT of the picoscope via the Ext port when a defined trigger event occurs on channel A or B?

if so, what is the level and what are the pulse characteristics?

where can i find the c/c++ programming libraries for the 3206 picoscope? i need to be able to write custom applications with all the functionality of the gui. i have seen the examples provided, but is there a downloadable source and documentation package?
