Hi, I have a PicoScope 3204 and whenever I plug it into my laptop, the message "Hi-speed USB Device Plugged into non-HI-SPEED USB Hub" appears. I do not have problem with other USB 2.0 products like my DVD drives and hubs which works fine on my laptop. I have also tried the scope on 3-4 Dell desktop...
