Maybe: Tools > Custom Probes... > New Probe... > Next > Next > Use a look-up table > Create a Lookup Table > 0 > 0 > 20 > 20 > OK > Next > ... ???

I'm not an expert, but in my opinion, debugger PDE (or older ProcDumpExt) extension helps to read this dump (http://sdrv.ms/11C7S9c). Maybe? Is there a benefit from it, I don't know.
!PDE.dpx, !PDE.ghostthreads etc. (!PDE.help for help).

Just a guess. I uninstall/remove (very old) Automotive software, but maybe it is Pico.Automotive.Waveforms.DLL (from "normal" software, not from Automotive), which locates these *.xml files? I think.
Or this answer was not for me?

Exactly the same computer, only the newer Windows?
If not, maybe try: other USB cable, other USB port, USB hub with external power supply?
