Hi all, It is the first time I try to connect PicoScope (6824E) to the software (6.14.10 ver). When I plug the picoscope USB in my laptop, the PicoScope is found by my laptop in device manager, but it cannot be found by the software. I have tried to re-install the software, but it didn’t work.
