Hardware problem?

Suddenly, without apparent reason, picoscope started reading half of the voltage across all channels. Plus there is a random offset (10-40mv) on some channels. What may be the reason? How this can be solved?

How to account for 1:10 and 1:100 probes?

Dear colleges,

I need to incorportate an 1:100 probe to my custom software. What is the proper way to do it with picoSDK?
I dont see any enums with probes description.
