sample between buffers

How can I see the complete measurement in 1 window, instead of 31 buffers for example. I have this issue that between buffers data is lost. Example, the signal at the end of the buffer is -1V, the next buffer it starts with -3V.
I want to see the complete measurement. Any tips?
