Yes, the GetTriggerInfo function is also available for the ps3000a driver too

Hi

Currently the setup.py script will look for only the ps2000 files to check you have the drivers installed, you can change this to look for the ps5000 files by changing the name variable on line 16 of the script.

Hopefully that solves the error for you

This function is only currently only available for the ps5000a, ps6000 and ps6000a drivers

Hi

In the specifications the maximum waveforms in rapid trigger mode for the 2208B is 10000.
If trying to set a value greater than this then a error will be returned by the scope to that function call.

Hi Mirco There is a function to get the number of sample intervals between triggers in rapid block mode but it is undocumented. Hi

It looks like you're not setting a resolution for the scope, which is opened in 8 bit mode by default, in your code.

When you run the code, what is returned by runStreaming when you pass the 62.5 MS/s rate? Are you sure that all the channels are getting turned off if they're not needed?

Hi The maximum streaming (continuous sampling) sampling rate for the 5444D at 14 bits is 62.5 MS/s with a USB 3 cable and port or 15 MS/s with a USB 2 cable and/or port when using the PicoSDK. All of the API functions will return errors if there isn't a device connected (and opened for those beyond the OpenUnit functions)

Hi

If you set the Cycles Per Trigger setting in PicoScope 6 (or the shots variable if using the PicoSDK) to 1 then on a trigger the scope will output a single cycle of the signal then stop at each trigger.

The probe scaling in PicoScope 6 are a post processing software feature which can be replicated in MATLAB by using the scaling factor of the probe and multiplying the measured voltage by that scaling to get what the probe sees. Our MATLAB addons are only supported from 2015b so we cannot guarantee performance on earlier versions. For 32 bit system we do recommend using 2015b 32-bit.
