Re: Software for Mac

Hopefully this means it will be a native App (Swift or Xojo), no longer depending on Mono (big, slow, ugly). However, no matter what IDE / language is used, "always be up-to-date with the latest features" does not depend on that. It is purely a matter of available resources to actually DO it, since ...

Re: Temperature with a 2405A?

Thanks for your help & explanation, Martyn. I have a simple ready-build product in mind, something working similar to a current clamp, where +xV represents a current value, maybe even with switchable ranges. Like 0,1V = 0,1°C 0,01V = 0,1°C to measure up to 200/2000°C in the 20V range of the scope. T...

Temperature with a 2405A?

Hi, I plan to buy a 2205A to measure two voltages, current (clamp), and temperature, so I would have everything in one graph. It may be my english, but I can't find a product that I could attach to the scope's BNC to measure temperature with a K-type probe. Probe-->ProperVoltageGenerator-->Scope Doe...

Re: 2204A accuracy / calibration?

Thank you very much, Gerry. Yes, using a calibration service is in the hobby segment not really an option, so I've bought one of those very cheap voltage refs, switchable between 2,5 / 5,0 / 7,5 / 10V. I know you Pro's will laugh at me, and I've learned that the ref I'm using has fake documentation ...

Re: Using two PicoScope3000 on one PC

I read on other places that the software can't use more than one scope. Using two instances would be an option for me. Can someone confirm that two instances can indeed handle two scopes?

2204A accuracy / calibration?

I have measured my 2204A against a voltage reference and it reads a bit high on: Channel A in the voltage range 5,10,20. Channel B in the voltage range 10,20. I wouldn't mind the guarantee, so if I'd open the device what would I find? More specific, is it possible to calibrate the ranges independent...
