Picoscope 3000 series not working on fiber optic extension

Hi, we are trying to get a Picoscope 3205 working on a fiber optic USB3 extension (Lindy). The fiber extender works fine with a USB3 memory stick, but won't with the USB3 picoscope. Obviously the Picoscope requires the bidirectional USB2 line additionally to the USB3 lines. Is there a workaround to ...
