6.14.23.5207/PicoScope 5444D MSO hangs when activating serial decoding

Hi, I recently bought a 5444D MSO and wanted to do some serial decoding with it. But 90pct of the time after capturing a waveform the serial decoding bar shows 'Waiting for data' and the entire gui becomes unresponsive. This happens immediately after receiving a waveform (with a single trigger) or i...

Re: Math channels: boolean compare operators missing?

I was checking the behavior of a soft starter module, which zero's out the 240VAc for a while after the zero crossing, with this "zero-out period" length reducing over time till you get the full sinus at the output. So I was looking for a way to better visualize that evolution in zero out period len...

Math channels: boolean compare operators missing?

Hi,

I want to apply a smaller than operation on my signal and I expected this to be one of the most trivial things to do using a match channel but to my big surprise something simple as A < 0.5 seems to be missing ?
I can only imagine I am looking over the solution ?

Thanks,
Bram

Serial decoding misses start bit after a few characters

Hi, I was trying too use serial decoding but the decoding is not really working well. It seems to miss the start bit of the next character and then completely gets misaligned (see attachment where i measure length of the first missed start bit) PicoScopeSerialDecoding.jpg . Looking at the timings, t...

Re: trigger function level timeout missing

Hi, Another request for this feature ... In my case i need to trigger when a device keeps the data line of an I2C transaction low for too long blocking the bus. Without being able to make the distinction between low/high, the level dropout trigger is useless, and i do not think i can do it with any ...
