ADC-20 not recognised by Pico

I have an ADC-20 connected via USB. It was working properly yesterday, but this morning I couldn't get it working. Windows recognises the device - it appears as 'Pico High Resolution Data Logger' under Device Manager. However Pico can't find it, and requests that I unplug and replug it. I've tried i...

I'm connecting the PT104 directly to a serial port on my laptop. The computer was running only a few programs - Outlook, Google Chrome, and normal background processes (antivirus etc). Having analysed my data further, I've found other problems. The logging interval is 1 second, but the time in secon...

update

Looking more closely at my logged data, it is apparent that the PT104 is failing to update the PT100 values for periods of up to 10 or 20 minutes. (This during a 6 hour run).

What is the cause of Picolog failing to update values?

PT-104 temperature jumps

I'm using a PT-104 with two PT100 sensors in a water bath. I also have some thermocouples in the bath. The water bath temperature is controlled so that it is at 30C, then 35C, 40C, 45C, waiting for around 1/2 hour at each temperature. The problem is that when changing from one temperature to a highe...

Yes, the problem is repeatable. In addition to the PT-104 I am also using two TC-08 USB. When I use the PT-104 by itself it works properly. However, when I select 'Use multiple converters', and select the PT-104, the program crashes every time at the same point with the same message. It doesn't chan...

PT 104 crashes Picolog Recorder when connecting

I'm having a problem connecting a PT-104 to Picolog recorder. I use File > New settings, and choose the PT104 on COM1. After hitting OK on the converter details dialogue I get the uninformative error "plw32.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.", and some links to further info (attached)...
