ps2000 Programmers guide update or errata?

The current PS2000 Programmers guide lists the built-in waveform generators possible waveforms as: PS2000_SINE PS2000_SQUARE PS2000_TRIANGLE PS2000_RAMP_UP PS2000_RAMP_DOWN PS2000_DC_VOLTAGE However the latest driver's header file lists them as: PS2000_SINE, PS2000_SQUARE, PS2000_TRIANGLE, PS2000_RA...

Linux drivers - source available?

You used to make available the source code for the drivers.
Is this no longer available? I downloaded the package for r-pi but couldn't see the driver source in it.

TC08 drivers for Mac OS X

I had a play with the legacy TC08 Drivers for linux, and although there are header files that mention Mac OS X, I could not get them to build. I downloaded the libusbtc08-1.7.2 legacy driver package, extracted it, and ran: ./configure make However make fails with simple errors suggesting missing hea...

UI Response and Triggering

I have PicoScope 6.5.78.5 On Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit I find that at faster rates (100 ns/div) and with a Measurment on (Say, Channel A Frequency) that the user interface become very unresponsive. The trace and measurment results continue to update perfectly, but the UI does not respond to anything like...

Kind regards
I should have said, I believe that my DPI was set at the 'standard size' and that I had to change it to a non-standard size to make it work ;-)

Re: BUG:Missing graphics on Windows 7 Pro

Hi Ziko, My DPI is set to the default (125%) for this screen at it's native resolution. It's a Dell lattitude laptop E6510 at 1920x1080. Control panel shows 125% as the Default. I lowered the DPI to 'Smaller' which is 100% and the discloure arrows appeared, however the smaller fonts are not nice to ...

BUG:Missing graphics on Windows 7 Pro

v6.5.42.0 Beta Running on Windows 7 Pro On all of the edit fields, combo boxes and drop down boxes the disclosure triangles or up/down buttons are missing. It's not so bad for the range/time division boxes, but it makes setting a trigger more difficult. See screen snapshot at http://www.kel-electron...

Re: Device not found p2105

Assuming your running on Windows XP 32 bit.... This worked for me... Leave the scope attached to the PC, then right click on 'My Computer' and select 'manage', the select 'device manager' and look for a device under 'USB' which has yellow bang ("!") against it. Right click this and select 'uninstall...

Re: Keyboard Shortcuts

I love the idea of Keyboard shortcuts, but rather than assigning fixed values to functions, it would be great if the user could assign their own preferred keys to the functions.

Re: UART decoding

Here's my 2p worth... As useful as UART and SPI/IIC decoding would be - and yes they get my vote too - how about this.... Wouldn't it be great if PicoScope supported a plugin scheme, where pico and 3rd Party developers could code their own plugins - this would allow a whole unimaginable world of use...
