Re: Logging Measurments

I too would benefit from Picolog working with a wider range of Picoscopes. The 3XXX series particularly.

Re: set 10x probe

From memory it's in the probe set up dialogues. I don't have the software in front of me but I'm sure its there along with all the scaling parameters.

Someone will be along shortly to confirm it I'm sure.

Re: Multiple realtime views while recording

Hi Andrew, Thank you for the file, I've just tried it. I don't know what if anything was different in the file from the outcome of the process you detailed in your previous post, but the effect was the same. So unfortunately it didn't solve my problem and didn't display both the long term trend and ...

Re: Multiple realtime views while recording

Unfortunately in my application with a full x axis scale of several minutes the zoom is only populated for a fraction of a second and then disappears, only to be blank again.

If its not possible now could this functionality be considered for a future uplift to the system?

Multiple realtime views while recording

I'm new to the software so I may have missed how to do this... While recording (Picoscope 3404A) I need to be able to display a long term view (2-3 minutes worth) of a complex wave form along side an updating view of the last 0.5 seconds. Using the zoom function only allows me to see the part of the...

Re: Data Logger with Scope Inputs

Thank you Hitesh.... Either we are talking at cross purposes or I have basic mis-understanding of the terminology. Based on my past datalogger experience (Turboview - Overpower Monitor): To my mind 4000S/s is number of channels independent, but sample frequency is not. So to my mind 4000S/s is 4 cha...

4 channel eg 3403D Power Supplys

I need to run my scope from the PC battery supply only (its a truly mobile application) and need 4 channels. So my question is: has anyone had issues with PC USB supplying the 4 channel units such as the 3403D I'm considering and which laptops work and which don't. Also what is the voltage of the se...

Re: Data Logger with Scope Inputs

Thank you for replying Hitesh. In practice we will probably spend most of the time gathering data continuously (for 4-6 hours) and ideally store the data in separate files, each approx. one hour long. If we can do 4 channels at 250Hz (1000samples per second) as a maximum that might be a little limit...

Data Logger with Scope Inputs

Dear all, Forgive me if this has been asked before. I need a basic datalogger with very high voltage inputs (differential). To log four to six channels. However I only usually need to gather data at about 1000Hz (i.e. 4000 to 6000 samples per second), but 2000Hz or 5000Hz might be useful. It needs t...
