Re: Low SNR and slow measurement with picoscope 3205 on LabV

The attached VI wasn't the one I am using. I attach it properly now.

Low SNR and slow measurement with picoscope 3205 on LabView

Hi, I am trying to develop a system capable of measuring 1 kHz signals from a photodiode using a low power useless leak in my experiment in order to be able of measure energy without disturbing the results. I am having two problems with the program: the first one is that I can't measure all the data...

Re: PicoScope 6 vs LabView using oscilloscope PicoScope 320

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I think it is related with the sampling rate, but I don't know how to control it on my program, which I got from ps3000.vi by changing some stuff. I am able to control timebase, no of samples and range, but I don't know how to implement a control for the sampling rate. Can...

PicoScope 6 vs LabView using oscilloscope PicoScope 3205

Hi, I am trying to measure a photodiode signal of several microseconds. I want to do it on LabView in order to improve the program later on and I use PicoScope 6 for comparison. Everything is working fine on LabView except for the vertical resolution. I get more resolution using PicoScope 6 than usi...

Re: Program giving 0 for picoscope 3205

Hi,

Thanks for your help. So, using this digital oscilloscope, what function can I use to measure a signal of hundreds of microsecs?

Kind regards

Hi,

Did you use the example that I attatched or the one from the web?

Re: Triggering problems with picoscope 3205 (LabView)

Hi, Well, the trigger controls don't work at all, neither do the ETS ones. The channel controls do something but not what they should. For instance, when ENABLED is activated or deactivated the only difference is a change in the amplitude, but the channel is still being displayed. I downloaded the S...

Triggering problems with picoscope 3205 (LabView)

Hi. I have a problem trying to trigger my signal in order to see it clearly. My target is to measure a periodic signal of hundreds of microseconds. I have used the program ps3000_runStream and changed all constants to control. But the point is that some of them doesn't work properly and I am a beggi...
