Hello steveclarknoe,

It may possibly be a hardware fault if you have the same problem on other machines.

Please send an email to support@picotech.com with your return address and contact details and a link to this post if you wish to return the unit for investigation and repair.

Hello joseluistrigo,

You may wish to consider making a small circuit based around something like an LM2917 to convert flow rate pulses to a voltage which is proportional to flow.

Hello steveclarknoe,

This could be an installation process problem as our software works OK with SP3.

Please try re-installing the software and hardware according to the following instructions: http://www.picotech.com/support/kb/Soft ... tion-kb141

Hello kiyoshi_abe,

It is possible that your pH probe is defective as they can dry out over time and, the easiest check would be to use a known working probe in a buffer solution of known pH.

Hello Wesley,

The pH sensor is not suitable for direct connection to an ADC-20/24; you would need to design and construct an electronic interace circuit.

We sell the pH probe for use with the DrDAQ educational product http://www.drdaq.com/index.html

Hello Guest,

Your requirement could be met with an ADC-11 (USB) and resistor divider which could be placed on the ADC-11 Terminal Board http://www.picotech.com/data-acquisition.html

Hello Marco,

Tolerances are summed as a basic rule.

Our most accurate sensor is the SE012 1/10th DIN Precision Probe, with a tolerance of ±0.03 at °C . http://www.picotech.com/pt100_sensors.html
