1 2 5 scaling for X and Y option

Rise up fellow PicoScope users! PicoScope software needs the option to have zoomed waveforms snap to 1 2 5 based scaling like Tektronix and Lecroy. It's already on PicoScope software upgrades list and I for one would like to see it pushed up to top priority. The biggest problem I run into is presen...

3405B stuck in AC coupling

Hi, my 3405B is stuck in AC coupling on all four channels. I will be sending it back for repair but I wanted to understand what part of the circuitry was fried and what caused the failure. At the time of the failure I was looking at a 28 VDC power supply and think that it might have been a related t...

Picoscope with large > 10 meg captures

One of the biggest advantages my 3405B offers me is the large waveform buffers. In one application I am looking at startup waveforms and need the high sample rate and large buffer to capture the full transition to stable operation. My laptop is no dog and with an 8 meg 4 ch capture I am having to wa...

Re: Way to have discrete 1 2 5 x and y axis steps

Thanks, The question is about using zoom views. With traditional scopes the waveforms are displayed using 1 2 5 increments with time and vertical scaling displayed. The way picoscope displays it you have the do the math in your head for the units per division and then try remember it for the other 3...

Way to have discrete 1 2 5 x and y axis steps

I would like to know if there is a way to get the x axis to cog to discrete increments like 1 us, 2 us, 5 us, 10 us, etc?

Also same sort of question for Y axis.

Additionally what about being able to click on the top and/or bottom number of the axis and enter a number.

Thanks in advance, Bill
