Hi Peter,
We would need to know the details of what you are plotting (what the Timegate is, whether you are using a primary or secondary view for the plot, etc). So could you post the data file showing the Spectrum plot so that we can see exactly what you are doing.
Regards,
Gerry

Re: Capture a dynamic time measurement between two different channels
Hi khaldrogo, Sorry for the delayed response (I've been on leave). You didn't give any more detail about the pulses, so I'll assume that they are the same or similar, and one is always leading the other. What you can do is position the trigger near to the start of the capture, and then select a Time...

Re: Reference waveform
Hi stevie44,
Could you post a psdata file, and explain exactly what you're doing, if you're not just duplicating the waveform in the Reference Waveform setup.
Regards,
Gerry

Re: 2208A vs 2208B
Hi Ike,
Sorry for the late response (I've been on leave).
The 2208A is actually a different Scope (no changes in how we measure things).

Gerry

Re: Pulse width low wrong
Hi dosika, Its always difficult to comment on an image alone, especially if it doesn't represent the entire captured data. However, there is likely to be a plausible reason as to why you got the "error" in the measurement on the occasion that your image represents. For instance, if there was also a ...

Re: Automatisation of data extraction from Deep Measure
Hi zlopko, It may have been better to ask this question on the PicoAuto forum, as that is the source of your information, and those guys are using serial decoding a lot more than we are, so they are likely to have information that we don't have. As far as I'm aware, there is no way to automatically ...

Re: Measuring belt slippage
Hi James, This is relatively straightforward in terms of a method and one that springs to mind is:- if the speed sensors on the shafts are detecting rate of rotation, and the shafts are all the same diameter, then you can just subtract each rotation rate of the shafts being driven, from the rotation...

Re: Missing data between waveform buffers
Hi ivinnykov, It's not a bug, it's partly to do with the way you are using it, and partly to do with the physical limitations of capturing data. You may be used to capturing data in a Data Logger, where you just start the capture, and then leave the data logger to just constantly acquire the data an...

Re: Picoscope 2206B
Hi Grommit, You should have no problem driving an LED from the output of Signal Generator. 40kHz is a period of 20us, which for a duty cycle of 20% will give you a pulse width of 4us. The minimum pulse width in a PS2206B would be 1us (maximum frequency of 1MHz), so pulse width in the Arbitrary Wavef...

Re: Read raw mV value from DrDAQ's pH channel from the SDK
Hi MaximeDL, Last time I checked, this was done in the Driver (in order to provide Temperature compensation based on the sensed connection of the DD100 Temperature sensor to the relevant input channel). That was for PicoLog 5, but I wouldn't expect that to be different for PicoLog 6. However, one of...

Re: USB Device Not Recognized -5244D - USB3
Hi BSI, Thanks, Your references to similar issues experienced by other Forum members show that they aren't 5000 series PicoScope related, and we do have similar USB issues with other series of PicoScopes from time to time (there a number of factors involved in the start-up process). However, I didn'...

Re: USB Device Not Recognized -5244D - USB3
Hi BSI, I forgot to ask if you could point out where you saw these issues elsewhere on the Forum, so that we can look at a collective solution to this. Also, the fact that the "working" cable is shorter, seems to suggest that the issue is the USB current capability. Depending upon what you're doing ...
