Is /opt/picoscope/lib/libpicoipp.so present on your system? Should, it comes as dependency during installation... Unless the situation with /opt being on NFS manifested itself on loader cache side. Try running picoscope from mapped directory source (assuming /usr/local/picoscope): Right on the mone...
