I'm using Picosope 4262 to do some THD% and IMD measurements. The signal generator of picoscope can easily generate sine-signals, but is it somehow possible to make the signal generator to generate sum of two different frequencies for IMD measurements?

What I mean is that I would like to know the distribution of different harmonic components in distortion. For example how much of THD% consist 2nd harmonic and how much of it is 3rd harmonic. Surely I can measure this visually from the graph, but is there way to measure it automatically numerically?

In PicoScope 6 spectrum view you can measure THD% of the signal. But is there any way to measure automatically harmonic components of the distortion? Of course you can do this by looking from the graph, but I guess the software measures the components when calculating THD%. Can you somehow see them?

I have been looking for a scope for audio work. Mainly I would need this to measure frequency responses and THD. What is the difference between Picoscope 4262 and 5242A for this work? The price seems to be more or less the same, but 5242A has much wider bandwidth so it could be used in other things ...

I have been looking for a device to measure THD% of audio signals. I think I can measure THD of such signals with any PicoScope, but I'm wondering what kind of precision I could get with 8-bit resolution. 2204A includes also 12-bit enhanced resolution. Does this enhanced 12-bit resolution also apply...
