I am having the same problem of the measurement window not updating or being incorrect.
If you look at the screen shot you see the values are outside the min to max. How do I add the psdata file? It is ~8MByte.

I too am trying to do a measurement (duty cycle) on a digital channel, with no success.
I also don't see how to add a math channel referencing a digital channel. Please explain how to do this.
