I was able to fix it. A restart of the program was all that was needed. Also, to have a stable decode of the data I had to invert the clock phase from actual phase.
I just LOVE this serial decode function. It is really helpful during debugging.

Is this possible? I can see that there is a check box for the chip select signal, but I am not able to get any data. Only serial decoding failed. Am I doing something wrong?
