PS4000 Excel Macro not finding ps4000wrap.dll

I am using a PicoScope 4224 and using a 64 bit system runing windows 7. When I click the "Get Data" macro in Excel I get an error message: Run time Error 53 File not found ps4000wrap.dll even though I have all 3 DLLs ('ps4000wrap.dll', 'ps4000.dll' and 'picoIpp.dll) saved in the System 32 directory....
