Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I am currently on holiday, far from the lab. Will resume this thread once back. Kind regards.

Re: Probe switch problem with Picoscope / 2204A scope
Dead Martyn I have checked Microsoft .NET & it is updated. The switch works, but I need to do the commando more than once. Another thing: in Spectrum Analyser service there is the command form setting impedance reading in dBm: the default is 600 Ohm. There also is the window for setting other impeda...

Re: Audio filter test & measurement with the 2204A - PART 1
Dear Gerry, Please accept my thanks for your kind words about my posts. The work described in many of them has been stimulated by actual needs springing from my interests and hobbies, from saling/cruising to wine making. You would be surprised at a DrDAQ/1012 application for distilling very high qua...

Re: Probe switch problem with Picoscope / 2204A scope
I de-installed and re-installed Picoscope. The switch on the software now works, but not always. Sometimes I have to do the command two/three times before the input changes sensitivity setting...

Re: Probe switch problem with Picoscope / 2204A scope
It just came to my mind that I could compare with the DrDAQ in Picoscope. Even with the DrDAQ the probe switch does not work: this seems to point to some software problem. Note that manual scale works fine both with the DrDAQ and the2204A. Should I try to de-install & then re-install Picoscope? Kind...

Probe switch problem with Picoscope / 2204A scope
Lately I have been very busy with the 2204A scope with MF/HF balun measurements. For this work I need to use X10 scope probes. The Picoscope Probe switch has always worked faultlessly until yesterday. Now Picoscope stays in the X1 probe position and does not swich to the other values. This fault hap...

Audio filter test & measurement with the DrDAQ
Audio filter test & measurement with Picoscope & DRDAQ Similar frequency response measurements at audio frequency with wideband noise are also possible with the DRDAQ, as shown in the enclosed PC screens. The only problem with the DRDAQ is 50 Hz & harmonics pick-up (as apparent from the screens) du...

Re: Audio filter test & measurement with the 2204A - PART 1
Hi Gerry, Many thanks for pointing out the commendable work of Examer to me. Of course my work is at a much simpler level and surely cannot compete with Examer's complete network analysis solution. On the other hand what I propose allows quick and effortless frequency response testing and developmen...

UNITS ONCE SET CANNOT BE CHANGED Hi Hitesh, Referring to my previous post, I set up a 1012 on Chan. 1 with custom unit mV , as prevously arraged. Today I erased "DATA" and "SETTINGS". Data was erased all right, but it is impossible to get back to standard units V and to remove the * 1000 multiplier....
